Individual and Career Development
Northwestern Memorial offers a variety of programs aimed at supporting our employees’ personal and professional development:

  • Tuition assistance: Following a one-year waiting period, full-time and part-time employees are eligible for our tuition assistance program.

  • Tuition discounts: available for full-time employees who attend certain Northwestern University classes.

  • Professional development: Through our training center, NM Academy, we offer a variety of clinical and non-clinical learning activities and resources, including training sessions, conferences and professional development programs. Employees can also participate in training and professional development programs outside the Academy with a manager's approval.
